Jamaican sage [Lantana camara] is a sun-loving evergreen shrub forming a large bushy mound of dark green leaves and orange, red, and yellow bloom. Preparation
Add 7 grams of herb to 7oz hot water and seep until water is green. Drink as a tea for up to ten days. Sweener is optional.
Crush five grams of leaves or use a teaspoon of crushed leaves to add as spice to your meal. Sprinkle on cooked or uncooked. Give great flavor to soup.
